This session features Darby Wong, co-founder and CEO of Clerky. Clerky builds software to make legal paperwork easier for startups and their attorneys, from formation to fundraising to hiring. Prior to Clerky, Darby was a startup attorney in the Silicon Valley office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Darby has a B.S. in computer science from the University of Washington, as well as a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
